Privacy and booking policy

What we collect

When you send the booking form we receive your name, phone number or chat ID, the date and time you requested, your email address if you choose to give it, and your message. We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not sell data to anyone.

How we use it

Your details are used only to confirm and manage your appointment, and to contact you if the time you asked for is not available. Booking messages are delivered to the salon through a private messaging channel and are deleted once the appointment is completed.

Analytics

This website may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can block analytics with any standard browser extension without affecting the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your booking details at any time by calling 0965 917 061 or sending a message on Zalo, KakaoTalk or WeChat.
